Who are Hodge Jones & Allen?

We are very excited to meet you all as it is our first time attending a Kidz to Adultz event.

Hodge Jones & Allen was established as a law firm, in 1977 and at the heart of what we do is using the law to help disadvantaged and vulnerable people in all aspects of their lives.

Hodge Jones & Allen’s specialist clinical negligence team have a long record of succeeding in complex and high value medical negligence litigation for disabled children and adults.

We are proud to represent individuals seeking specialist help throughout the whole of the UK.  We hold a legal aid contract which enables us to act for children born with cerebral palsy. We also gain ongoing independent recognition and accreditations from the Law Society, Legal 500 and Chambers UK directories and AvMA (Action Against Medical Accidents).

Our services

Our legal services also include access to our private client /Deputyship team who handle many multi million pound settlements for our clients and for the clients of other firms.  They also advise on matters relating to funding for care from the NHS or from local councils.

Our other supporting legal services provide advice and guidance on housing problems, personal injury, employment law, property issues, wills and probate, civil liberties & human rights, and criminal defence.

Agata Usewicz, Head of our Medical Negligence Team and me James Bell, Partner are looking forward to the day and making new friends!

We hope you can find the time to come to our stand F8A and say “Hello!”  We are running a Prize Draw so come and take part. The lucky winner win a ‘Family Entry To London Zoo For Four’.

Come meet us and hear how we help people fight for what’s right!
