Why Visit Kidz to Adultz Scotland

The Kidz to Adultz events are collectively the largest UK exhibitions dedicated to children and young adults 0-25+ with disabilities and additional needs, their parents, carers and the professionals who support them.

We’ve rounded up some very good reasons why you should be part of the Kidz to Adultz experience…

Try out equipment

The event is a one stop shop offering visitors the chance to access the most up to date advice and information on equipment, mobility aids, funding, seating, beds, communication aids, continence, sensory, transition, education, housing, employment, accessible vehicles, sports, leisure and more.

Talk to the experts

The seminar speakers and many other specialised professionals will be on hand throughout the day on their stands in the exhibition hall. Disabled Living’s team of experts (occupational therapists and clinical advisors) will also be available at the event and afterwards, and can help with equipment and product advice, and all aspects of the event.

FREE Seminars running alongside the exhibition

An opportunity for professionals to boost their CPD and gain credits, and for parents, carers and individuals to update their knowledge on a wide range of really hot topics and issues.

Children welcome

It’s so important for children and young adults to have their say. Having the right equipment can make a massive difference to an individuals day to day life! Many schools and colleges do permit leave for children to attend the event as an educational visit and as part of their development.

It’s fun

There are always lots of fun activities for visitors to interact with and lots of prizes on offer too so don’t miss out!

Did we mention it’s FREE?

“I have been to Kidz to Adultz Scotland for the last two years and each time I have learned about new products and services available to us and met parents with the same questions and concerns that I have. We share information and knowledge about products that have worked for our children. We get to meet representatives from companies, organisations and charities that can help us and many people have answers and solutions there and then on the day. You can try out products with the children, such as sleep aids, toys, seats, sensory equipment and see how they respond to it there and then.” Visitor
