For the Brighton performance, the winner will be selected at random on Tuesday 6th June 2023 and notified via social media


COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.

Only enter the competition if you can attend Waldo’s Circus of Magic & Terror performance on:

7th June, Dome Brighton at 7pm.

2.

If the winner is under 18 they must be accompanied by an adult (18 or over)

3.

The winner’s name and email address will be required to enter the performance

4.

The winner must respond to notification of their prize (via social media direct message) within 5 hours otherwise the right to claim the prize will be lost and Kidz to Adultz reserves the right to re-award the prize.

5.

Kidz to Adultz has the right to cancel this competition or disqualify entries at anytime

6.

The prize is not transferable, re-saleable or exchangeable. There is no cash alternative.

By entering participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Kidz to Adultz reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion. Kidz to Adultz can accept no responsibility for, and reserves the right to refuse, entries which are corrupt, incomplete or fail to arrive by the closing date. These rules are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
